Think about your favorite superhero and the qualities they possess that you look up to.  Living in duality can be a powerful tool when you need to temporarily become someone else to face a difficult situation or step outside your comfort zone. This technique is used by top performers like Beyonce (Sasha Fierce) and Lady Gaga, who are actually both introverts. Harnessing your superhero energy can make the biggest shift you need when you face what seems to be an insurmountable obstacle.

This strategy can be applied if you are still working a 9-5 job but it is also a metaphor.

Becoming your own inner superhero also requires you to ditch your fear forever.  Not that you won’t be afraid, you will just look at it differently when you tap into your inner superhero.

There are certain elements and tips that make a great TED talk. Whether you are considering doing a TED talk or not, the tips in this episode will help you become a better speaker and communicator in life and business. I share with you the key takeaways that I learned from listening to both them.

Conquering this 4 letter word is key to success in life and business.  Fear can be disguised as procrastination, self-doubt, or avoidance and can be draining without you even knowing it.  In this episode I explain a 12 year avoidance of facing a situation that I kept thinking, “I will deal with it when ____,” only to realize that it was really my own fear I had to face.  You will walk away with steps to take and questions to ask yourself if you are scared or avoiding something out of fear whether you recognize it as fear or not.  Whether it is starting your business, or taking the next step in your life and business. As a result of facing this four letter word head on,  you will be more confident and empowered to the point where you wish you had done it a long time ago.  You will uncover things about yourself by asking yourself some key questions that I share on the podcast.  How much time has not facing your fears cost you?
