If you’re looking for your own purpose, sit within. Choose to be rather than do in order to allow it to come. By mastering our pain, we learn and set clear intentions. One recommendation is to journal on paper. It becomes real. You can then go back and be objective. After all, the word is living.
When in pain, we’re in survival mode. We need to shift ourselves from that through self-care. Time with yourself helps you see you are worthy. Celebrate being YOU!
